Committees:

Modification Control - Chair: Michael  Woody  mcc@reidfarm.org
Advises the board in regulating the external design, appearance, use and maintenance of neighborhood homes, and the interpretation of the governing documents. This will include reviewing "ACC" applications and reporting any non-compliance with the covenants and restrictions to the management company.

Pool - Chair: Kris Galletti  pc@reidfarm.org
Works with the management company and maintenance companies to ensure the pool and cabana areas are maintained and serviced. Duties include daily testing and cleaning, rule enforcement, and furniture / equipment monitoring. The committee is also responsible for the planning and support of long and short term improvements.

Social - Chair: Ellen Woody  sc@reidfarm.org
This committee plans social events for the community and helps welcome new neighbors.

Communications - Chair:  Millie Cruz cc@reidfarm.org
Advises and assists in keeping the community informed of activities and association functions by preparing newsletters, websites, publishing a directory and welcoming new neighbors.

Beautification - Chair:  Doug Galletti bc@reidfarm.org
Works with the landscape and management companies in the oversight of common area landscaping and assist in color changes plus long and short term improvements. This committee is also responsible for the planning, judging and awarding of honors through the “Yard of the Month” and the “Holiday Decoration Contest” programs.

Safety - Chair: Keith McCain  safety@reidfarm.org
Organizes a neighborhood crime watch and informs the neighborhood of any criminal or suspicious behavior in the neighborhood. This committee can also work with the local municipality to install traffic signage, enforce speeding in the area and organizes the communities participation in the “National Night Out” program.

Support:
The Home Owners Association and the neighborhood run on the support of our residents. We cannot properly function without volunteers helping and providing their talents and time. Participation in any of the committees is easy with minimal time impact. Please join a committee today and help our community stay strong and healthy.
